Shipping within the United States

All orders are processed and shipped from San Francisco, California :)

Orders will be processed and dropped off at the post office within 2-4 business days. Most packages will be shipped with USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Priority mail (except sticker-only packages that are shipped untracked with a stamp). Once shipped, most domestic orders will arrive to you within 2 to 10 business days. International First-Class Packages estimated delivery time varies depending on what country you are shipping to.

By default, domestic orders only containing stickers (does not include sticker sheets) will ship free, untracked, unless another shipping option is chosen by the customer at checkout. If your sticker order is large, I'd recommend upgrading to a tracked shipping option.

Please keep in mind that this is a one person operation! I personally package each order and once a package is in the hands of the post office, it is out of my control! By placing an order you agree that any lost / stolen / incorrectly addressed packages are not my responsibility.

Depending on the item, I may be able to send you a replacement in case of any lost or stolen packages. Feel free to send me an email through the contact page or to makennakwik@gmail.com and I'll try my best to help you out!

Shipping Outside of the United States

Customers outside of the US will be responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or VAT. Please contact me if there is any trouble with your package!

United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

Returns

All sales are final unless the order you received was incorrectly packaged or damaged. If there is a problem with your order please feel free to send me an email and we can sort it out!

Commissions

I don't take commissions at the moment. But once I open slots for them, there will be a page on this site with all the deets and info! I can do custom pet portraits, toy portraits, house portraits, and family + couple portraits! Check back again in 2024!
